Terms of Use

Last updated 25 September 2026. These terms apply to the MemoryTransit website and app, operated by Kei. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

MemoryTransit is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own independent backups of photos that matter to you.

Your account and storage

Sign in with an account you control and keep it secure. Your photos are stored in your own Dropbox or Google Drive under those providers' terms; you are responsible for that account, its storage plan and its costs.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and videos. You allow us to process them only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share with. Upload and share only what you have the right to, and respect the privacy of the people in your photos.

Not allowed

Illegal content, content that infringes other people's rights, attempts to access other people's data, interfering with the service, and excessive automated use.

Paid plans

There are no paid plans at present. If they are introduced, the price and terms will be shown before any purchase.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kyoto District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

サービス

本サービスはベータ版です。機能は変更されることがあり、現状のまま提供され、中断のない提供を保証するものではありません。大切な写真はご自身でも別途バックアップしてください。

アカウントとストレージ

ご自身が管理するアカウントでサインインし、安全に管理してください。写真はご自身の Dropbox または Google Drive に各社の規約のもとで保存され、そのアカウント、容量プラン、費用はご本人の責任となります。

コンテンツ

写真と動画の権利はご本人に帰属します。当社はサービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ処理します。権利を持つものだけをアップロード・共有し、写っている方のプライバシーに配慮してください。

禁止事項

違法なコンテンツ、他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツ、他者のデータへの不正アクセスの試み、サービスの妨害、過度な自動アクセス。

有料プラン

現在、有料プランはありません。導入する場合は購入前に価格と条件を表示します。

利用の終了

アプリまたはウェブサイトからいつでもアカウントを削除できます。規約に違反した場合や、サービスや他者に危険がある場合は、アカウントを停止することがあります。

責任

法令で認められる範囲で、データの喪失を含む間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。ただし、当社の故意または重大な過失による損害など、法令上制限できない責任を制限するものではありません。

準拠法と管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
